The Sites are owned and operated by CFO Sense Advisory Inc. operating through its SixSight Advisory division ("SixSight Advisory", "we", "our", or "us").

The Sites provide information relating to business advisory services, leadership team development, organizational effectiveness, the SixSight Framework™, the SixSight Assessment™, speaking engagements, and related thought leadership content.

By accessing or using the Sites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises relating to these Terms or your use of the Sites, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to participate in mediation before commencing legal proceedings, except where immediate injunctive relief or protection of intellectual property rights is required.

Nothing in these Terms limits either party's right to seek relief through Small Claims Court where appropriate.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will become effective upon posting to the Sites. Continued use of the Sites following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
